The one good thing this case showd was thet thye asked
/. before any action, so /. got the chance to avoid
any bad press or legal fees etc. This means that we
should have few worries with copyrighted material,
especially with the form for copyright infringements,
if we just take down any copyrighted material.

Our only worry is if we want to keep copyrighted
material even after we're asked to remove it. The only
thing I can think of here is to spend a long time
looking very carefully at the law (internationally
speaking), at alternative hosting solutions like
Freenet and a server in a law-free island, and to also
spend some time conversing with groups who know about
these matters like (I regret to say this) lawyers
(cleanse me quick!) and 'Net freedom groups. Only
after we are sure we've found solid ground on which to
stand should we start looking to be a bit devious.
Remembering what the EFF reccomended in that article
mentioned here a while ago...
