`finder-commentary' should be autoloaded

 of Sun Mar  4 2001 on harpo.homeip.net
configured using `configure  --with-pop --with-x-toolkit=yes --with-x'

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

More a request than a bug: The `finder-commentary' command should be
autoloaded.  It is a useful command, but today, can't be executed (and
doesn't show up in apropos searches) until the finder package is
loaded.
