The manual should mention what to do in the special case one wants to
set a character string in a particular coding system the .emacs file.
E.g. If one does (setq my-chinese-name "積丹尼") in .emacs, he will
find that value garbled unless he puts ;-*-coding: chinese-big5;-*- at
the top of the .emacs file. This solution I deducted from Info node
"Recognize Coding", but I think the special case of what to do for the
.emacs file should be mentioned there.
