    * lisp/emacs-lisp/cl-macs.el (cl-flet, cl-labels): Wrap function
    bodies in `cl-block`.
    
    * test/lisp/emacs-lisp/cl-macs-tests.el (cl-macs--test-flet-block): New 
test.
