What I'm missing is the tarball that was being configured in your CI.

There was no tarball, it was checking out, bootstrapping and configuring the git branch.


If you would prefer a tarball that definitely matches a particular commit, you can use:


Does that work? Or if you prefer, I can generate ad-hoc dist tarballs for particular commits.
