Many *.sps files make use of the SPLIT FILE {LAYERED,SEPERATE} BY ...
commands, which PSPP doesn't currently support. LAYERED is the default, so
can be effectively ignored. SEPERATE so far as I can tell makes only minor
differences to the output format so could probably be ignored too.
