Follow-up Comment #1, bug #17314 (project pspp):
Currently if procedure outputs to a file (e.g. on PRINT), and then a second
procedure outputs to the same file (e.g. on a different PRINT), the second
procedure's output replaces the first procedure's output. As a PSPP
extension, it would be nice if the file handle could be configured for append
mode, so that the second procedure's output would simply be added to first
one's.
