Status: None => Ready for Test/Review

Follow-up Comment #1:
The attached patch implements DELETE VARIABLES and removes RENAME VARIABLES,
which was present in SPSS/PC+ (the original target for PSPP) but is not in
any version of SPSS as far as I know.
