Follow-up Comment #7, bug #19003 (project pspp):
Yes. The problem showed after applying the patch and
then running make clean. Now it seems like another problem,
though, since I just saw mbchar.h in the gl/ directory on another machine.
I'll start with a new checkout of pspp and gnulib and see
if the problem persists.
