If you're willing to try out the currently experimental
"simpler-proc" branch of the PSPP tree, then I could probably
implement them by the weekend. Otherwise, I'd guess not.
The only regression I currently know of in the "simpler-proc"
branch is that RANK is not completely working. Otherwise, I
think it's OK.
Let me know if this works for you, and if so I'll make it FIRST
and LAST a priority.
