Update of bug #17421 (project pspp):
Status: In Progress => Ready for Test/Review

Follow-up Comment #2:
The attached patch drops integer mode entirely from FREQUENCIES and as a side
effect fixes the assertion. Newer versions of SPSS (anything sold this
century, I think) do not support integer mode. I'm not certain that it ever
had a purpose, in fact, other than saving a little bit of memory and perhaps a
little bit of time.
