Not that I have seen, but I am working at the installation and don't use
pspp itself. :-) So this doesn't mean there can't be a problem somewhere.
This is true. But my money is on this being an indirect call to
g_string_append ; ie, called from gtk, glade or some other library,
not directly from pspp code itself. If I'm right, then this is a SuSE
bug, not a PSPP bug.
If you want to find out exactly from where this assertion is comming,
set the environment variable G_DEBUG=fatal_criticals and run psppire
through gdb to get a backtrace.
