PSPP-BUG: PSPP logo svg version

     I don't have something myself; maybe someone will come up with one.

There's an svg version of the pspp logo at

Clearly there's too much text on it to be shrunk to an icon, but it
should be easy for an artisticly minded person to modify it
appropriately.
