Details:

On the last git version, make uninstall stops if it not found "pspp.info". I
guess it should continue and ignore missing files.

The output is:
install-info --info-dir='/home/michel/prof/pspp/pspp_install/share/info'
--remove '/home/michel/prof/pspp/pspp_install/share/info/pspp.info'
install-info: File or directory not found for
/home/michel/prof/pspp/pspp_install/share/info/pspp.info
 install-info --info-dir='/home/michel/prof/pspp/pspp_install/share/info'
--remove '/home/michel/prof/pspp/pspp_install/share/info/pspp-dev.info'

/home/michel/prof/pspp/pspp_install/share/info/pspp-dev.info
