Details:
The HOST command doesn't do anything sensible when run from the GUI. In a
GUI it's probably somewhat redundant, but I think for completeness sake we
should have it. The question is, what should it do:
* Start a shell in the syntax window;
* Open a new terminal window, and wait for it to close;
* Open a new terminal window and contiue; OR
* Something else ?
