Details:

Found in section Statistics-NPAR TESTS-BINOMIAL; Para5: 

"If the test proportion is equal to 0.5, then a one tailed test is
reported.   For any other test proportion, a one tailed test is
reported..." 

Shouldn't first incidence of "one tailed test" above actually read: "two
tailed test"?
