Hi Mindaugas, pleased to meet you. I am happy to hear that you
are interested in contributing a new translation to PSPP.
PSPP translation is usually handled through the Translation
Project, at http://translationproject.org/. To get started, you
should join the Lithuanian translation team. There is
information about the Lithuanian team here:
http://translationproject.org/team/lt.html
For your translation to be added to the PSPP source tree, you
will have to sign a copyright disclaimer or assignment. If you
are ready to start this process, let me know and I will email you
privately with more details.
