Follow-up Comment #4, bug #31033 (project pspp):
The problem is that pspp.pot is an automatically generated file.
xgettext currently fails to extract these strings, since it thinks that only
"property" elements are translatable.
Manually adding these lines to the .po file is one solution. But they'll get
marked as obsolete every time the file is regenerated, so will need continual
updating.
