Follow-up Comment #6:
I've pushed an implementation to master which goes part of the way to do this.
There is now a /POSTHOC subcommand. The following pairwise comparisons are
implemented: Tukey, Scheffe, LSD, Games-Howell, Bonferroni, Sidak.
Duncan looks like it'll be more work. In fact I'm not sure even how to
calculate the significance. I haven't found any literature on it.
