This week I have two perl tests that are failing due to abort traps.

As far as changes on my end, none appear to be perl-related--I've upgraded 
xcode (the compilers/headers) and these packages were had logged changes:
gtk2
iso-codes
libpixman
makeicns
openssl
sqlite3

913 has an assertion failure/abort trap
923 has the same PLUS the output stops where we'd expect "ok 4 - Trap illegal 
variable name"
