PSPP-BUG: Unreadable links on homepage

Hi,

Please change the colour of your links on
https://www.gnu.org/software/pspp/

At the bottom of the page is blue text on a blue background (see bottom
of attached screenshot).

This is impossible to read on many screens and is a problem from an
accessibility perspective.
