Follow-up Comment #1:

I believe that this is fixed:

* In the GUI, I see the entire comment included in the output window.

* In the text UI, I see entire comments included in the output as long as SET
PRINTBACK is on.  I think that this is the way it is supposed to work because
SPSS documentation says "Comments are included among the commands printed back
in the output".

If you disagree, please feel free to reopen with an explanation.
