PSPP-BUG: PSPP Chart Tab

Hi there,

You guys are doing an awesome job. I've been using LibreOffice for a while (& OpenOffice before that) & I keep telling everyone to stop paying so much on MS Office when LO does everything, at least as well, for free.

Anyway, I'll try to make this request as short as possible: Please create a "Chart" tab in PSPP (just like in SPSS).

I have to use these particular graphs/charts for uni: histogram, stem & leaf, bar graph, scatterplot, timeplot, side by side & boxplot.
