Update of bug #38820 (project pspp):
Release: None => Before 0.8.0
Summary: Many procedures crash with SPLIT file => FLIP
crashes when used with an active SPLIT

I have fixed all the problems which this test found, except split vs FLIP.
Updating the title of this bug accordingly.
And yes, it would be a good idea for every new procedure to be tested with
SPLIT (and TEMPORARY).
