PSPP-BUG: mac os x version 10.8.4

Hello,

I have downloaded PSPP version 10.8 from this website: http://lavergne.gotdns.org/projects/pspp/

but it does not seem to work.

The error message I get is:

PSPP cannot be opened because of a problem.

Check with the developer to make sure PSPP works with this version of OS X. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and OS X.

Is there a fix?

I am really desperate and would appreciate any help!
