PSPP-BUG: [bug #39648] saving as .por doesn work from the GUI

Hi, I have done test to replicate the bug you report, however, I could not get 
the same results.

You not specify build, or origin of the binary packages, so that the tests 
which I have done, differ from the ones you did.

Version-Release:
Windows XP SP3 (32 bits) and Windows 7 Home (32 bits)
psppire.exe 0.8.0-g0cd715 (http://sourceforge.net/projects/pspp4windows/)

Description of the test:
1. Open data file (*.sav) or create a new data file

2. In PSPPire go to: file/save as
3. Set file name and destination location
4. Select option for "portable file" - (located in the lower left corner of the 
dialog box)

Actual result:
The file is saved successfully in portable format.

I have also tested with version 0.7.9 under Windows with the same results. (on 
GNU/Linux there is no problem).

I suggest you check your procedure to save their files, and that may have 
confused the display options files (system files *.sav, portable file *.por and 
all files), with options to save "system files", or "portable file".

If still the error persists, please send details of version and steps to 
replicate the problem.
