This bug has been tested in Windows and Linux.
Severity: high
Description of problem:When testing the latest build of PSPP, viewing databases
built with PSPP, and visualized with SPSS data do not coincide role properties.
Creating tests were performed with SPSS data file and viewed with PSPP and vice
versa.
Version-Release :
pspp and psppire 0.8.0-gd7ab35 (Linux) fedora 19
SPSS v21 Linux and Windows (SPSS v22 trial in Linux)
How reproducible: Build an SPSS data filewith PSPP values for the column
specified role, and then compare the same file visualizing with SPSS.
Actual results:PSPP encodings views differ from those seen in SPSS.
Expected results:Viewing the PSPP data files is the same as in SPSS.
Additional info: It includes a sample output with the problem (I use an example
of PSPP manual with a procedure for testing purposes only).
Testing with the new PSPP command noticed this discrepancy. Strangely I had not
happened before. Sending the files I used for testing and screenshots with the
discrepancies (see also column measure).
* File "SPSS_test" was created and the file SPSSv21 "PSPP_test" was created
with PSPP.
