Details:

Currently, there is no function in the menus nor anywhere else AFAIK to set
defaults for your setup. In particular the ability to choose the following
should be in place

1. To set Default Width+Decimals for New numeric variables
2. IF default view for dialog boxes should be Var labels or var names
3. IF the sorting of variables in dialog boxes should be in the order of the
file or in alphabetical order of variable names.
4. If successful commands should raise output and display output.
