Details:

To improve productivity by using psppire, is suggested to add a toolbar with
basic functions.

It is proposed the following functions:

psppire (output windows)
|export|print|copy|select all|

psppire (syntaxis editor)
|open|save|print|undo|redo|cut|copy|paste|run all|
