Follow-up Comment #3, bug #40605 (project pspp): Here is a discussion about a csv export from a website: http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/pspp-users/2014-11/msg00002.html Although that one seems to be really crappy containing different character encodings latin-1 and utf-8 for variable description and case data. However it also contains <CR><LF> inside variable string data.
