Please, could you explain to me the procedure to install PSPP on mac computer version OS X 10.9.1 (13B42)

I tried with the advice of this page http://lavergne.gotdns.org/projects/pspp/ but it does not work. The error message is : Impossible d’ouvrir « pspp-0.8.4-0-10.9-1.mpkg », car cette application provient d’un développeur non identifié"
