PSPP-BUG: pspp dowload assistance for mac iOS yosemite

Hello, I am trying to download pspp for a school assignment and I can not sort 
out how to get it to work. 

I have a mac. With iOS yosemite. 

I have downloaded Xcode, and macports for the correct iOS but i can not seem to 
find macports on my computer and when i try to download the pspp software i get 
an error message saying that “can’t be opened because it is from an 
unidentified developer”. 

Please help me get this program running, thanks so much,
