System info:
fedora 23 gnome desktop
GNU pspp 0.10.2-g0603f7

When you import any file, the dialog is displayed full screen mode and buttons
on gtkheaderbar is lost. It is impossible to perform an action as you go back
and you need to close and re-start importing data.

I think it's better to show the import dialog in maximized window.
