Thanks for the correction. I changed it to read:
COUNT VAR_NAME = VAR... (VALUE...)
[/VAR_NAME = VAR... (VALUE...)]...
which seems to me to be pretty readable and accurate.
Please keep sending improvements, I appreciate it.
