PSPP-BUG: PSPP: "Make" and "Make check" failure.

To whom it may concern,

I am currently trying to download PSPP for a project that I am doing for a teacher at UCCS. I saw in the instructions that I should send an e-mail if there was an error during the make process. I hope there is a fix to this since I have been trying to fix it for a while. I will have a picture of the error attached to this e-mail.
