Follow-up Comment #7, bug #58349 (project pspp):
One difference I immediately see, is that you are using Wayland, so perhaps it
is a Wayland problem. (I'm using X11)
I also see that you are getting some G-Criticals, (which I am not).
Can you try to find the cause of the G-Criticals and/or G-Warnings?
One way to do this is to place a breakpoint on g_log
