Follow-up Comment #1, bug #59008 (project pspp):
I think the same problem affects to import data. When I try to import data
from a non-ASCII directory, the data import wizard is not checking error codes
or otherwise manages to move past a "file not found" error to the next step,
which cannot possibly work.
