Details:

After compiling latest pspp-1.5.0-ga6dbf8 for openSUSE 15.0 or 15.1, I get
error:
E: pspp 64bit-portability-issue src/ui/gui/psppire-conf.c:56

Seems this error is not during compilation itself, but during openSUSE
additional checks after compilation while preparing RPM package. 

A suggestion how to resolve this error was described here:

(though I did not tested this solution).

However I have no such error in newer openSUSE versions 15.2 and Tumbleweed
