Follow-up Comment #1, bug #59055 (project pspp):
For some reason, the version in the 1.4.0 tarball is the wrong version!
If you look at the header it is the pspp.pot file for version 1.3.0:
"Project-Id-Version: pspp 1.3.0\n"
Somehow, the wrong version got bundled. I wonder if this is a problem with
the "make dist" target?
