Details:

Calculating ANOVA (example file attached) with the latest windows version
(PSPP_2020‐09‐05_daily_64bits) leads to a significance of 1,997 instead of
0,003 (see attached PDF); using the version before
(PSPP_2018‐11‐09_daily_64bits) everything is fine.
