I doubt it. (ovsorbit? That's a different project.) You can tell "configure" to use the correct "makeinfo" by pointing to it on the command line. "./configure MAKEINFO=/path/to/makeinfo", for example. I think I'm going to check in a patch to reject any makeinfo that doesn't support @clicksequence.
