PSPP-BUG: [bug #61037] ods files are imported with some empty data

Follow-up Comment #3, bug #61037 (project pspp):

The behaviour of importing ods is very strange. 

a) ods file is imported with empty data in cells that there data exist.

b) The vars which are numeric and expected to be imported by default as F8.2
(best to have a subcommand /format F8.2 to define that explicity) are imported
as strings (some of them. --- Even by keeping only few data, problem remain
without any obvious reason.
