You are right. This bug has already been reported and work is in progress to
fix it.
In the mean time I suggest you analyse just one variable at a time in
frequencies.

numeric variables for calculating "Median", the output is wrong. The output
gives median of the last variable as the median for all the variables. Please
check and fix this bug if possible.
For mean, SD, minimum, maximum values this does not happen, and I get the
correct answers despite of adding multiple input variables.
