The regression fails for test "convert invalid UTF-8 to ISO-8859-1" in
homebrew on MacOS 14. The issue is tracked in github

https://github.com/fredowski/homebrew-pspp/issues/5

The regression works on MacOS 12. I add it here just in case some other
problem comes up with this test.
