[Bug-gnu-radius] CVS version of gnu-radius: .lo files not created

Hi,

I don't know if this is a bug or if I'm doing something wrong, but I just 
checked out the CVS version of gnu-radius and tried to built it using:

# /bin/sh autogen.sh
# ./configure --enable-maintainer-mode
# make debugmod
# make

The make fails on the lib directory:

The `obstack.lo' file is not generated. Any hints on how this could have
happened? A bug in the autoconfiguration process or autoconf/automake/libtool
versioning problems (or of course plain stupidity) on my side? My current
versions are:

autoconf (GNU Autoconf) 2.57
automake (GNU automake) 1.7.8
libtool  (GNU libtool)  1.5 (1.1220 2003/04/05 19:32:58)
