Please post the game. But first check one thing:
You were on the bar, the 6 and 5 points were available to you and you
rolled a 6-5. If you played bar-20 for the hit, was there a legal move
you could make with the 6?. If not, then gnubg was correct - if you
can only play one die in a roll, then you must play the higher one if
possible.
