Hi Jay and thanks for sending the test results in.

As far as I see all those changes are related to ORGANIZATION INDEXED
and more specific to the use of VBISAM.

The EXTFH test failure _may_ hint to be a missing adjustment in
libcob/fileio.c, but all other issues (as well as the "unexpected
passes") are related to the usage of VBISAM with this specific version.

You may find an option to update this, sadly there's no "official new"
VBISAM version available - I still hope to get back to this and provide
the new version, then renamed to V-ISAM.

In the meantime I'd suggest to check that the general parts work using
"make check" (runs NIST85 testsuite) and for specific cases of using
ORGANIZATION INDEXED do your own tests before using this install in
production.
