Shivaji,

        The GNUCOMM project is brand new.  I have only recently had the project
approved, put up the web page, and had the mailing lists established.  I
am working on a new web page that I will try to get posted this weekend,
but getting things posted can take a while around here.  I encourage
everyone to hold tight until that happens, after which there will be a
lot more to talk about.  Thanks.
