FYI, the standards.texi, maintain.texi, and make-stds.texi files are now
maintained in the new gnustandards project at savannah. (Alexandre
suggested it and rms approved it.)
Paul, you'll presumably want to adjust your definitions in
srclistvars.sh.
In case you look at the cvs now, just ignore the spurious phones and
maintainers files there. I asked the savannah folks to remove those
,v's. (They're RCS-locked by others. I don't want to use cvs admin
since I don't to bother the people who have them locked.)
No actual content changes.
