Has the format of version-etc output changed?
From GNU M4 1.4.x (doesn't use version-etc):
$ m4 --version
GNU M4 1.4.4
Written by Rene' Seindal.
Copyright (C) 2005 Free Software Foundation, Inc.

Which matches the output of automake --version, autoconf --version, ls --version
and several others I tried. However, compiled CVS M4 with latest gnulib, I get:
$ ./src/m4 --version
GNU M4 1.9a

This looks uglier IMHO. Can we change swap the author and copyright blocks
in version-etc.c to match coreutils and others output?
Cheers,
Gary.
